AI consulting for small businesses
We spend two days in your business, find the work AI can take off your team’s plate, and help you put it in place. The consultation and strategy is $3,000.
AI that fits how your business already runs
Most owners know AI could save them time. The hard part is knowing where: which jobs to hand off, which tools are worth paying for, and how to set them up without stalling the work that pays the bills.
We don’t start with software. We start by watching how your business works. Our experts spend two full days with you and your team, seeing how calls come in, how jobs get quoted and scheduled, and where the same information gets typed twice. Then our strategy team builds a plan around what we saw, with the projected return for each change, and we help you put it in place.
It’s built for owner-run businesses in Texoma and North Texas: service companies, shops, offices and nonprofits with a small team and no IT department.

How it works
From the first visit to tools your team uses every day, and a setup that keeps getting better after we leave.
- 1. Two full days on siteOur experts visit your business for two full days to observe your workflow, talk with the people doing the work and identify where AI can help.
- 2. Findings to our strategy teamThey report what they found to our strategy team, which sorts the opportunities by time saved, money earned and how hard each one is to put in place.
- 3. Your plan, with projected ROIWe build a plan for you to implement: what to change, which tools to use, what they cost to run, and the projected ROI of each step. That completes the $3,000 consultation.
- 4. Two weeks of assisted implementationIf you go ahead with the plan, we work alongside you and your team for two weeks to set up the first changes, connect them to the tools you already use and train your people. It starts at $5,000, with your $3,000 credited toward it.
- 5. Ongoing support, if you want itAfter that, we can stay on to tune what’s running, add the next items from your plan and keep up as the tools change.
- 6. A setup that improves itselfWhat we put in place keeps getting better. Every day, review agents check the work the AI did, log anything it missed, fix the instructions behind it and check that the fix worked. Each month you get a short report on what improved. It’s the same daily review loop we run on our own systems, and it’s part of ongoing support.

AI consulting questions
What does an AI consultant do for a small business?
An AI consultant looks at how your business runs day to day and finds the jobs AI tools can take over or speed up, like answering common questions, writing quotes and follow-ups, scheduling, data entry and reporting. Then they help you pick the tools, set them up and train your people to use them. With us, that starts with two full days at your business watching how the work actually gets done.
How much does AI consulting cost?
It comes in two steps. The AI consultation and strategy is $3,000: two full days of on-site visits and a plan with projected ROI. If you want our help putting the plan in place, two weeks of assisted implementation starts at $5,000, and the $3,000 is credited toward it. Ongoing support after that starts at $500 a month.
What happens during the two days on site?
Our experts spend two full days at your business watching how the work moves: how calls and leads come in, how jobs get scheduled, quoted, invoiced and followed up, and where people retype the same information. They report their findings to our strategy team, which turns them into your plan.
What’s in the plan you build?
The AI and automation opportunities we found, ranked by what they should save or earn you, with the projected ROI for each, the tools we recommend, what they cost to run, and the order to put them in place.
What does assisted implementation mean?
For two weeks after the plan is ready, we work with you and your team to set up the first changes, connect them to the tools you already use, and train the people who will use them every day, so the plan doesn’t sit in a drawer. Implementation starts at $5,000, and the $3,000 you paid for the consultation is credited toward it.
Is this the same as an AI readiness assessment?
It includes one. The on-site days and the findings cover what a readiness assessment does: where your information lives, which tasks are a good fit for AI and which aren’t, and what your team needs. Then we build the plan and help put it in place.
Does the AI get better over time?
Yes, when you’re on ongoing support. Every day, review agents check the work the AI tools did, log anything they got wrong or missed, fix the instructions behind it and check that the fix holds. Once a month you get a short report on what improved. It’s the same daily review loop we run on our own systems.
Do I need to be technical, or buy new software?
No. We start from the tools you already run your business on and add only what pays for itself. Every recommendation in the plan shows its monthly cost next to its projected return.
Do you work with businesses outside Sherman?
Yes. Our office is in Sherman, and we work with owner-run businesses across Texoma and North Texas, including Denison, McKinney, Denton and the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
